Q: What sort of Promotional items do you manufacture?

A: Its almost endless. With 36 years of manufacturing from factories all over the world, we can source and manufacture almost anything.

Q: OK, but I’m on a budget, is that a problem?

A: No way......we do have some huge clients on our books, but we have lots and lots of start- ups and medium sized companies that we work with. These companies are the backbone of UK business!

Q: I’m afraid I need it fast, I left it to the last minute?

A: That’s OK....once we know what you need it for, we will be able to offer you a range of items from stock that we can brand for you.

Q: I’m not really sure of what I want, can you assist?

A: Of course! We need to try and help you, as your success is how we build our business. It costs nothing to get us to offer ideas, samples, visuals.......we honestly do want you to succeed

Q: Can you store items for us, as we just don’t have the space?

A: Of course.....we have a 35,000 sqr ft warehouse where we store client stock

Q; Do you pick/pack/dispatch on our behalf if we provide spreadsheets?

A: Certainly we do. We can do that as a 1 off campaign, or as an ongoing order, just let us know what you want to achieve.

Q: If I have an idea, can you design and manufacture?

A: In short, yes, but we have to be careful if it involves special moulds or cutters, as that could add a considerable amount to the set up costs.

Q: How does the enquiry/buying process work?

A: Simple, just let us know what you think you want, we will then provide you with costs and ideas. If you decide to proceed, we will then set up visuals for you, and can supply plain samples, and even branded manufactured samples with you logo....though this is at a cost.

Q: Talking of costs, how competitive are you?

A: We are very competitive!!!! With the advent of The Net, we can all compare, holidays, cars, houses, lawyers, almost anything, so we are very careful to compete with the big boys on cost, but beat them on personal service.
